This application is ONLY for students who are interested in studying abroad outside the U.S. on a FAU Faculty-Led program.
The application is divided into two parts.
Before your application can be reviewed, you must complete the following items in Part 1:
Complete all required items in the application and submit.
Pay the $200 administrative fee through Marketplace with a link provided in application Part 1.
You will receive a confirmation email once you have processed the administrative fee and you will also receive an emailed receipt once the Education Abroad team has processed your fee. Please note that the payment is not processed automatically so you will need to give 3-5 business days after you receive the emailed receipt before the charge shows in your bank or credit card account.
Your application will be reviewed and your administrative fee will be processed within 2 - 4 business days. The processing time may be longer during peak times when summer study abroad application deadlines are approaching.

Applications are time stamped and processed in the order they are received.
Administrative fees are non-refundable, except in situations where a program is cancelled by Education Abroad.
Your $200 administrative fee will not be processed if you either do not qualify for the study abroad program or if there is no longer space available on the program.
If either of these occur, someone from the Education Abroad team will contact you to discuss your options.
Wait list: If a program is full at the time your application and administrative fee are received, you will be contacted by the Education Abroad team to discuss the wait list option or information on a different program option. Your administrative fee will not be processed unless there is a space available for you on the program you are interested in. To be considered for a program's wait list you must complete Part 1 of the application form. Education Abroad will contact you if and when a spot becomes available and you will be instructed to pay the $200 administrative fee only if a spot becomes available.
